Is there someone I can email for some advice?

I'd like some advice about what would happen if DS's dad started demanding DS sleeps at his parents house (he lives with them) as I'm concerned about a family member who may be unsafe.

I do not trust DS's dad not to leave DS with this family member as he has been brainwashed into thinking their behaviour is normal Hmm

Is there anyone you can email for legal advice on these things? I'd prefer email rather than phone or face to face for now. I just want an idea of what can be expected in these circumstances.

How about the NSPCC? Social services, safeguarding officer at school or nursery? Sounds like a very difficult situation. All the best.

It's very complicated, the person has depression and I've seen them get aggressive over very tiny things that wouldn't bother most people at all.
They are incredibly kind and nice to your face and I think they are a very nice person but the aggression comes out of nowhere and I'm not sure his dad realises how unstable the person is as he's grown up with them always being like it Sad

Thank you for your help, going to look at the link
