What would you do if a bank "accidentally" sent you copies of other customers' sensitive information such as names, address, mortgage details, signature?

  1. Destroy the copies.
  2. Change banks.

Well, when you say it was sent to you, was it in an envelope addressed to them and did you open it? Or was it addressed to you and the information inside was incorrect.

In either event I would consider contacting the person who it's for as well as the bank so they don't sweep it under the rug and not tell the person this happened.

The Bank photocopied some documents and sent them to me. The other borrowers details were included in the information they sent, copied onto the back of my own information.
