Bought a washing machine, delivered on Sept 25th. After a few days it stopped spinning, chap xame said it was problem with programme interface, he changed it. Was ok for about 4 days then stopped spinning again! He came back, had to order a new motor. This was replaced on friday, been ok over weekend , but now not spinning !
Frankly its a pain in the arse. We have 4 children and getting expensive going to laundrette! New machine has been broken more days than it has worked.
Should i expect a replacement or let them fix it again!

I'd ask for a replacement or money back.

I'd ask for a replacement, though I'd want a different model too.

Is it Hoover or Candy? If so they'll lie and spin (excuse the pun) it out until either you give up or die.

Breatheslowly's link is really useful. There is a specific section on faulty goods here,

Good luck.

I hope the replacement machine will be fine. Are you getting the same model?
