NC to avoid outing myself..

DH is considering bringing a case for CD against his current employers. I'm worried that he would be opening a whole can of worms and it would be more trouble than it's worth. Anyone have any thoughts re pros/cons of going for it, aside from the obvious issue of cost? Any experiences you can share?

Thanks!

No expert from what I have read on here it is essential to have followed the employers grievance process to have a hope of winning.

It takes a long time and will probably dominate your life for months if it goes all the way
It's incredibly stressful, more so than a straight unfair dismissal
It's usually very difficult to prove
As compensation is based purely on financial loss, if he has a new job or is likely to get one soon, it's not going to be worth it
