Tribunals

Hi all, I posted a couple of years ago about taking the CSA to tribunal of a point in CSA law, I won the tribunal so all good.
My problem now is the CSA are reviewing my case again for the same reason I took them to tribunal last time.
I am sadly aware that judgements made at tribunal have no legal bearing, a fact that I seriously struggle to understand, I mean, what's the point in going to tribunal if the other party can lose and then just decide that they don't like the decision?

Ok, sorry for the rant...the question I want to ask is, other than taking the CSA back to tribunal if they decide my case should be a nil assessment due to the point of law, is there anything other than going back to tribunal that I can do?

Would be really interested also to hear others opinions on the weakness of the tribunal court system.

Thanks for the reply.
I have pointed out to the CSA that I have already won a tribunal about their same decision, they just fobbed me off.

They are generally not the easiest of agencies to deal with and very often persist in giving the wrong info instead of seeking advice on what I am telling them. Although one of them called me to apologise the other week as she was insisting that what she was saying was right and I was wrong.
I do have the tribunal decision here, I will call them today and see again if they have bothered to look for it, if not I will offer to send them a copy.
Failing that I will try Chris Grayling (thanks for the name), as well as my MP, who was very helpful last time.
Could really do without all the hassle, thought that this issue had been sorted out 2 years ago. Angry

I agree that you should send them a copy of the previous decision. Presumably they are just doing a periodic reassessment?
