My words being used by "friend" on their website....can I get them removed?

Friend asked me for help with wording on his works website. I did & he is now using them.

He has since made it very clear that we are no longer friends, he has cut me out of his life.

Can I rightfully ask him to remove my wording & pictures of my home? I have unfortunately deleted emails exchanged which prove they're my words & photos.

I never thought it would come to this but I do feel he can't have it all his own way.

Thanks for any advice.

I think you might be being a bit petty tbh.

Obviously I don't know the ins and outs, but if they provided a service, (say kitchen renovation) and there's a picture of the finished product on the website and you're happy with it and gave them permission at the time then I think that's fair enough. It's not actually identifying you.

If it does identify you and have a picture of you personally, I think you would be fine to request for it to be taken down.
