Is there anyone who knows about conveyancing?

I'm about to put my house on the market and have just received a planning application notice about the house opposite. I assume this will show up on any searches. If I object to the proposal (which is what I would have done if we were not moving) will my/any objections show up in the searches and, if not, will I need to disclose the fact that I have objected? Thanks Smile

Sorry, don't know the answer (though I could find out from friends if no one more helpful responds), but how serious is your objection to the application? You might find that your objection isn't something that a buyer would pick up on anyway. (Although if it is that they are buildling a massive new house right in the way of a beautiful view, for example, then it might). to be honest, if you're sure you're goingto move, I'd suggest that you'd leave the objections to other people.
