Recomendations for a will writer/solicitor

Does anyone know a good will writer or solicitor in Herts/Beds? Preferably not too expensive!

It's a bit complicated as dh and I both have children from previous relationships so we want to make sure they all get a fair share even if dh or I die and the other gets married again.

Hi OP, I have an advert over on the Small Business section of the Classified section (Marlow Wills), if you'd like to email me through the website. There are various options open to you, perhaps a right to reside trust or life interest would suit your circumstances; that's where the survivor of you and your dh has the right to continue to live in the family home (or another one, I usually include a portability clause), until they die, remarry or for a specified time, and then the house is sold, your share goes to your children and your husband's to his children.

Do you have children together as well?

We cover all of England and Wales, so although I wouldn't travel out to Herts/Beds, we can do everything over the phone and by email.

Thanks for the plug BB Smile

btw am currently running a discount for parents of children with SN who may need a discretionary trust; details on the advert on Classifieds (Small Businesses).
