Is it expensive to fund a JR in Northern Ireland? My employers are not adhering to their own policies procedures & guidelines when it comes to disciplinary matters. I am not the only one in the workplace being affected by this particular managers decision on certain things. He also is unduly harsh on female employees. Any advice appreciated. TIA

Judicial review is where the court reviews the actions of the government or a governmental agency to examine whether they have acted lawfully. It's an administrative action. Wouldn't apply to your situation. You'd need to take this up with your union, or join one if you're not a member.

Im employed by a government body. Dont want to go into too much detail. They have promoted so called managers to positions, that has become evident, are beyond their competence. They are not following procedures for grievances, adhering to Discrimination law and when they are challenged they simply ignore correspondence. Currently Im at a stale mate as I can not proceed to the Ombudsman as I need to exhaust all avenues, so until they respond I guess im stuck!
