I was wondering if there was some sort of legal glitch in owners of community areas (a community centre for example - or a library) turning way mothers because they didn't want them bringing their buggies inside? or making them leave them outside (which is very inconvenient when you have three under three and the youngest is asleep).
My understanding was that an area of community gathering could turn away no one, but I can't find anything to support this.
Is it really a fire hazard? I used to work in HR before I had three children in quick succession and I just can't find anything to back this up.
Thank you.
