CCJ (set aside, advice please)

I just found out about a CCJ (sent to previous address - I just signed up to Credit Expert and discovered it). It's about six months old, and I immediately applied for it to be set aside, as the debt had already been settled. Long story involving salary overpayment from a city council which I paid back last year. Luckily I have letters and bank statements as proof, and have sent all of this off to Court today.

My questions are... what happens next? Is it likely that I'll go to Court (not too worried if so, but could do without it).

Also, how likely is it that the bailiffs will come knocking? Until now, they'd have gone to the old address I suppose, but now my credit ref details are up-to-date. I don't really have any proof that I've applied for it to be set aside, but have emailed the Court asking what enforcement has been issued regarding my CCJ.

Any advice welcome, am getting v stressed, especially as I spent so much time sorting this last year, and thought all was resolved!

The company who asked for the CCJ against you presumably sent you a document saying that the balance had been paid in full.

Send that ( or better still make a personal visit to the Court) and ask them to note that the CCJ has been satisfied or "discharged" whatever the technical legal word is.
