Can I ask a question about divorce and the D10 form?

Long story short. D(?)H has had an affair and I am petitioning him for divorce. He admits adultery but in the D10 form he returned to the court, which asks about any objections he has about paying the court fees, he has written that I committed adultery 18 months ago and he could have petitioned me for a divorce then. This is completely untrue. Can anyone tell me what the implications to this being written in the papers, unchallenged are?

Thanks. I am worried that if it goes unchallenged it will be there on file for anyone to look at any time in the future and that bothers me. Can I get it taken off?

When it's granted the divorce decree doesn't mention the reason cited for divorce and the other paper work is archived. It is treated as confidential and someone would need a very exceptional reason to successfully apply to court for the release of the papers. The decree absolute remains on public record, but after a number of years the other papers are destroyed.
