following on from my previous 5!! threads I might need an amployment lawyer for some advice
London would be best
they must know their stuff, really know their stuff I have a family member who does this and he doesn't know and we don't have a let of time left!
my employer is (was) the NHS

any suggestions?

whether I proceed depends entirely on how likely they think we are to be successful (and the cost!)

thanks

mmm I did - negotiated a compromise agreement which is much better if you can than taking it to tribunal. it depends how good your case is - mine was cast iron and got tons of dosh - mind you nearly gave me a nervous breakdown, wouldn't want to do it again!
