cos I really can;t!
I cook for so many, all the time, that I seem to have forgotten how to cook for just one person (ie, when DH goes out and I want to cook something that I know the children won;t enjoy).
How do I work it out?? I always seem to do twice as much, even tho I try to really be aware of what I am chopping up/measuring out.
Am I destined to always over-cook seeing as I have been an 'owl' for so long
