Please can I ask if you had a pattern with due dates and also size at birth.

We are expecting a 3rd in April and very excited.
DC1 arrived at 41 weeks (8lb) and DC2 at 42 weeks after an induction (9lb 5) and I am wondering what to expect this time. I assume if I’ve been overdue before it’ll be the case again?

Also am rather hoping 3rd might be in between the two sizes which is what the midwife suggested but I had worried slightly baby might be even bigger so interested in your greater experience if happy to advise or share! Thank you so much

DD - 39 + 4 7lb 13oz
DS1 - 38 weeks - 7lb 8oz
DS2 - 36 + 6 - 7lb

Mine were all overdue and induced.

DC2 was the biggest at 10lb 6oz the next biggest 9lb 10 which was my 4th

DD 39+1 6lb 13
DS1 39+0 8lb 3
DS2 40+0 8lb 9

3rd birth was by far the hardest, 1 and 3 were back to back, 1 I managed to get out on my own after labour stalled so I had the drip but I avoided forceps by the skin of my teeth and didn't even have a tear. 2nd was the easiest, he was the right way and although his heart rate wasn't happy he was the most straight forward birth and again no tears, I felt like superwoman afterwards. Third birth was the worst. Weeks of start stop labour, then when it did happen he was back to back and stuck, ended in theatre with forceps, horrible recovery. They were all spontaneous though, I really did think my 3rd would follow the pattern and arrive before 39 weeks, I was raging when I was still pregnant past the point of the other 2 had arrived!!

I’m really odd as my last was really late but was under a awful amount of stress and heart break at the time.
1st 39+6-girl-7lb 7
2nd-40 weeks-boy-8lb 2
3rd-40 weeks -girl 7lb 10
4th 41+5 (not induced)-girl 8lb (told she would be 11-12 lb at birth as measured big).

DC1 41 weeks 6lb10oz
DC2 38+2 weeks 6lb11oz
DC3 39 weeks 7lb8oz

DC1 42wks induced 8lb11.
Dc2 41+3 8lb15
Dc3 42wks induced 9lb10
Dc4 induced based on predicted size, so was 40wks and 9lb5. He would have been 10lb5 left to 42wks.
Dc5 induced 41wks 9lb

So similar weights and gestation.

DS1 - 10 days overdue 8lb12oz
DD - 9 days overdue 9lb2oz
DS2 - 13 days overdue 9lb5oz

DD1 40+4 9lb 5oz. Back to back, got stuck, double forceps delivery.

DD2 40+4 9lb 6oz. Back to back, got stuck, ventouse delivery.

So I’m expecting the same sort of consistency with this baby!

DC1 7lb at 37 weeks
DC2 7lb 8oz at 40 weeks
DC3 7lb 15oz at 40 plus 9
DC4 7lb 11oz at 39 weeks
DC 5 7lb 8oz at 40 plus 3

DS 40+6 8lb 15.5 oz
DS 40.+6 8lb 15 oz
DS 40 +6 8lb 5oz
Three near identical labours, very fast, no pain until 7cm dialated.
