Anyone know of a good place in Scotland that is good for learning Hebrew?

I'm a complete beginner, obviously, and there's only so far you can get with Duolingo!

No nikkud, so it could be either.

BTW, how do you get nikkud to display on MN? The Hebrew keyboard on my iPhone has no nikkud.

The one I use you just press the letter you want and then you long press it again to select the Nikkud which appears after that as shown in the example I just used.

Try that with yours.
