Can I hold multiple stocks and shares ISAs with one provider?

I currently hold a stocks and shares ISA with Fidelity. My mum has recently gifted me some money, which I'd like to invest into a different Fidelity fund, but also as a S&S ISA. Is this allowed? I'm getting the impression from the Fidelity website that it's not, and I'd need to transfer my existing account if I wanted to open the new one?

They're not open today, so I just thought I'd see if anyone knows the answer. I do also hold a cash ISA with a different provider but I'd like to put a bit more into the different Fidelity fund with the remaining allowance I have this year.

I've searched their website but it's unclear to me whether the restriction is on holding more than one S&S ISA with them (or any one provider) or whether it's having more than one regular savings ISA? My existing account with them is a regular savings one, whereas the one I'd like to open would not be a regular savings account, just for me to put a lump sum into.

I'm hoping this makes sense! Any help appreciated!

You can hold more than one investment within an S&S ISA.

Oh, so I could, theoretically, invest in a different fund, but within the same overall account?

Thanks, that's helpful, I'll give them a call when they're open.

Not theoretical but actual.

Yes, indeed. Thank you!

You would just buy whatever the new investment is under the same ISA.
For example in my S&S isa I have investments in various shares, funds and EFTs. You don’t open an isa for each company or fund you invest in.

I agree though that what you’re allowed to do in terms of how many ISAs you can have is written in a confusing manner on many websites. Martin Lewis explains it well

Trading 212 S&S ISA is great, no fees, can choose all manner of shares and EFTs

If you know someone with AJ Bell and have £10k to invest or transfer, you and they get a £100 amazon gift card each when they introduce you.
I have an S+S ISA and introduced DH so he can transfer a pension into their Sipp.

Many thanks, all, I've had another look on their website and think I've now figured out how to invest in multiple funds but within the same ISA account.
