Depends on the type of ISA? Cash or S&S, fixed or variable, allows penalty free withdrawals or not?

It was reinvested last nov i think

Better rates were available last November, even from some mainstream building societies.

So it could have been a bit better but isn't actually 'bad'.

Yeah - had a lot on my plate and remembered that if i wanted it moved - by x date and i was overwhelmed with other stuff at that time

Im still getting a decent whack of interest tax free

( other relatives have invested on same deal - same place too )
