Can I move paper Unilever share holding into my isa?

why not sell it and put the proceeds into your ISA? holding onto individual shares is not normally a good strategy for small scale investors.

I thought about that and sold some but the other investment at the going great and I like that I can clearly see the dividend coming through

There is a mechanism, but you will struggle to find a broker. You need to 'bed and ISA' the shares i.e sell them and re-purchase within an ISA wrapper. You would pay any tax due on the sale. I don't think there are any ISA providers that would allow certificated shares within an ISA, so re-purchase would be electronic. Selling certificated shares is expensive (at least £25), so unless your holding is large, it's unlikely to be worth the effort.

There is no way to avoid any tax due on disposal of the current holding, just any tax on future profits.
