Why is this happening to me. My first confirmed euploid and it’s another chemical- my sixth one. Why is it always chemicals. This time I was taking aspirin, Clexane and progesterone

I’ve had so much testing
-normal NK blood cells
-normal NK womb cells
-normal progesterone
-normal thyroid
-normal parental karyptyping
-negative endometritis
-normal 3D womb scan and hysteroscopy
-11% DNA fragmentation

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. Have you thought about getting more detailed immune testing from someone? I’ve also had the NK cell testing but you can get other things done with a couple of London specialists which is what I’m considering next after 3 failed euploids

Thanks so much for your response. Do you know what kind of tests?

@User1815 I am so sorry for your losses.
I had the Chicago tests done at ARGC for immunes and had one parameter raised. They also recommend steroids for transfer so that would be in addition to what you are taking. Were your progesterone levels monitored?
Have you also done the daye microbiome test and thyroid test just before transfer?
My thyroid is great normally but goes haywire with high oestrogen... it affects somewhere between 2 and 5% of women so could be worth looking at (at least it's cheap and easy to check).

So they can check to see if you’ve got any compatibility issues with your partner - then there are treatments like LIT, hydroxychloroquine, tacrolimus etc. What clinic are you at at the moment?
