I’ve just went to a circuits training class tonight (as I usually do every Thursday) but now second guessing it due to having had my transfer yesterday. I guess I’m just looking for others who exercised the whole way through the TWW? Hoping I haven’t affected implantation now and feeling slightly stupid.

Don't feel stupid! I am waiting for my first transfer and have never been pregnant but think of the millions and billions of women around the world now and in the past that got pregnant while continuing their normal routine including exercise (athletes, police officers, people doing heavy lifting and lots of others). From my understanding once it's in there it's in and there is nothing you can really do to make it not implant if that's where it's heading. And you probably sent lots of oxygen around your body 😊 I think they recommend not to do anything too high intensity shortly after transfer but I think that's because of how you might be feeling/your recovery and the worry (as you are going through right now) rather than any real risk of non-implantation due to it. I am no expert but I can't imagine it being the deciding factor if (hopefully not) it's not successful. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

You are perfectly fine to continue your every day life after having a transfer. Just dont add in anything new to your routine that can cause excessive strain on your body that it wouldnt already be use too. Just make sure you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated while you are exercising and going about your day.

Thank you both very much for the reassurance, I feel pretty stupid but calmed down. With my first I didn’t know I was pregnant so carried on as normal (drinking and everything) so I’ll keep reminding myself that! Secondary infertility is not fun!

Im glad your feeling better. Yes just remind yourself that most woman who are not doing ivf, wouldnt even know they have conceived yet and would be continuing their day to day life as normal in their 2ww and would only know something was up when their period doesnt show up in a timely manner.
