To treat Ureaplasma before IVF?

I’m looking for advice from anyone who may have been in a similar situation or is knowledgeable on the subject..

I am about to start a fresh round of IVF. My history is I had fresh IVF cycle in 2020 which resulted in my DS. Tried for a sibling with two of our frozen embryos. Last April I had a natural FET which ended in miscarriage at 6ww and a failed FET in January. after doing some research I decided to do a private vaginal microbiome test (DAYE). The results came back that I had less than optimal good bacteria (lactobacillus) and higher than normal levels of a bacteria called Ureaplasma. After extensive googling and speaking to one of the DAYE nurses, views on whether or not to treat it seem very mixed, with some saying you definitely should and some saying it’s not necessary if you are asymptomatic . The DAYE nurse did stress there is no conclusive evidence that it can cause fertility issues, but I did come across a fair few bits of anecdotal evidence online. My husband doesn’t think I should treat it as would mean antibiotics, which he thinks might have the potential to cause more harm than good. I’m really torn on what to do a this is our last shot and I want to put us in the best position possible, but at the same time don’t want to delay the fresh cycle and put more chemicals into my body unnecessarily. Have put the question to our fertility doctor but I have a feeling they won’t be helpful on the matter. Anyone been through something similar!?

I haven’t had Ureaplasma myself but I did do the test as I kept getting BV. Im
now taking optibac probiotics. If you look up Jess Potter on instagram she had fertility issues and also had ureaplasma. I’m pretty sure she took antibiotics twice and it did clear! But definitely look on her page as there’s lots of information x
