Lifting after embryo transfer?

I know you are usually advised not to lift heavy objects after an embryo transfer but does anyone know if there is a recommended weight limit? I have a 13kg toddler who still needs quite a bit of lifting (eg into her cot or pram or car seat) as she has some mobility issues. It will be impossible to avoid lifting her altogether. For non IVF pregnancies women don’t tend to stop lifting other children during the 2nd half of their cycles when TTC. Is there any reason for it to be different with IVF?

Another lady just asked the same thing funnily enough..
You can continue life as normal. I carry 20kg bags of feed out of my car , up my hill and into the shed numerous at a time a few times a month all the way up until I have my babies, all through stims and 2ww. If it's something you do on a regular basis then you can comfortably continue it without having long term effects. The specialist are advising not to do anything out of your normal. So carry your toddler around as normal, don't change anything for him at all while going through ivf or pregnancy. Obviously if you don't carry around 20kg on your shoulders often then don't start that now but your toddler is certainly fine.
