Anyone heard of IVF Life in Madrid?

Hello all,
Has anyone had any experience with the clinic IVF Life in Madrid (calle de Manuel de Falla)? I have had appointents with two fertility doctors and a fertility therapist who have all been practicing for quite some time and none of whom have beard if it, which worries me, as I had my eggs frozen there in 2021, so it's not a particularly new clinic.
The reason I went with that clinic is because a generalist gynaecologist (not a fertility expert) gave me the name of two clinics- the other one was EUGIN in Barcelona- telling me that some of her patients went to IVF Life in Madrid or Eugin in Barcelona. She specified that she'd just heard if these clinics, not that she could recommend them, just that these were the two she had heard of.

I am frustrated by some of the lack of organisation at the clinic but above all a bit confused that nobody seems to have heard of it.
Have any of you?

Thank you so much.

Well they have 3 branches, one in Madrid, one in San Sebastian and one in Alicante.
I’ve definitely seen people mention the Alicante branch on here.

Are you at the point of having your eggs fertilised? What is your worry?

Thank you for you reply @LongerthanMrTicklesarms
I have had my eggs converted into embryons there, so it's a bit late in that regard. I have already had two transfers that haven't worked.
There were "little" things about organisaton at IVF Life clinic which, in isolation, might not have been that big a deal but which, accumulated, bothered me: the assistant who works specifically with my country telling me a hysteroscopy could be peformed at any moment of my cycle- when I informed her that was not the case (after checking with my gynaecologist), she told me it was the case in Spain. I dont jnkw whether thats the case, but she's the assistant expressly in charge of client relations my country - she should know that that's not the case in the country she takes care of.
Progesterone was mis-spelt on a prescription. Another assistant said she would send me a prescription for toxoplasmosis when she returned to her office, but she never did. Smilies being added to the end of emails regarding medication seemed unprofessional.
That kind of thing. But now it's come to a head because, after the two transfers of embryos which didn't work, I asked if we could look into any reasons why the transfers might not have worked, the clinic has suggested and provided me with quotes for biopsies of the endometer. They recommend that i come to Madrid to get the biopsy done at their clinic.
Both the gynaecologists specialised in fertility whom I have consulted indepently do not understand why the clinic has proposed these (very expensive!) biopsy examinations and say there are many more tests and bloodwork that has be done before going down that route. One of the gynaecologists has brought up the possibility of transferring my embryos to another clinic.

I’m no expert so can’t answer everything but my clinic also in Madrid generally do hysteroscopy on cycle days 6-12.
With biopsies it was about €2000 I think but can check.
