Hello everyone.
I had an embryo transfer in Madrid on February 13. This was the second attempt, as I had a first embryo implanted in October, which didn't take.
Since the transfer last week, I have reduced my caffeine intake and I don't eat pâté, raw fish or raw meat, and no soft cheese- obviously I do not drink alcohol and I have never smoked. In spite of those reasonable changes, I am stressed in my daily life - as soon as I lift a heavy shopping bag, eat feta or salad or, like yesterday when, my 2-year-old nephew inadvertently threw a small ball towards my stomach. This is the kind of small ball: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126729772044?chn=ps&_ul=GB&var=427784401601&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1pqJdKbXQTjuYbYZVPfN2aQ31&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=427784401601_126729772044&targetid=2425733423477&device=m&mktype=pla& googleloc=9045168&poi=&campaignid=21697391927&mkgroupid=162558106770&rlsatarget=aud-1356891728872:pla-2425733423477&abcId=10027104&merchantid=5442440584&gadsource=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiANC9BhCkARIsABSnSTb2kUrRtHBWH8pyMmgfSKH7Np4WtgpJP52xGYMXdYICTO0fqMg-LEAaAiOOEALw_wcB
I follow the medication protocol, of course.
I usually lie down for a while after each dose of Utrogestan, which I have always done,
but for the dose of Utrogestan in the afternoon (I do it at 1:30 p.m. and not 2:30 p.m. because I am currently in Ireland, which is one hour behind Spain), I do not always have time to lie down for 30 minutes afterwards while I do it for the other two doses of Utrogestan and that fact of not being able to lie down after the afternoon dose stresses me out a bit too.
Even if the bags I lift do not weigh more than 10 kg, it stresses me out, and this ball thing that happened yesterday stresses me out.
I will have the blood test done next week to detect the progesterone level and determine if the transfer worked or not. I just wish I could stop stressing out.
Kind regards, all.
