Ant experience with clinics abroad that treat BMI OVER 35?

I'm looking at ivf abroad and had been researching Prague but turns out the clinic I spoke with have a 35 limit on BMI. I am over that.
Does anyone have experience getting treatment abroad with a high BMI?

No but I would suspect it would be highly unethical to do so, given the risks to both mum and baby of having such a high bmi. I'm sorry if that isn't what you wanted to hear but there is a cutoff for a reason and I would really recommend getting your bmi under 30, 35 still seems really high and there are so many additional complications and stresses that you don't need on top of the obvious stress.

There is a reason treatment isn't offered for a BMI that high - it is unsafe for you and the baby and treatment is also far more likely to be unsuccessful. I would focus on losing weight for the next 6 months then revisit. It's probable your weight is affecting your fertility in any case.

@Nomoreusernames82 - Sorry if this is personal - how much higher than 35 is your BMI? - would it be achievable to try and get to 34.5 so you can get the ball rolling and continue to lose weight?

This is exactly what I was going to say.

I was 30.1 and got to 28.7 in 6 weeks, calorie counting and walking - 7 days per week. Mot easy but worth it seeing the lbs come off
