Create Fertility (or London Women's Clinic or CRGH)

Based on HFEA results, looks like I should go with Create Fertility. I am 35 and have TTC for two years, all blood tests results and ultrasound have come back normal via NHS. Have been referred to a gynaecologist but the wait time is too much. I would like to pursue IVF so I can have eggs frozen too.

So thoughts on Create Fertility St Paul branch? The Google Reviews of all these locations are horrible.

I had 2 egg collections and 3 transfers at abc/create and wouldn’t recommend. I’m now currently pregnant after changing to London Womens Clinic. I highly recommend them. They really do go above and beyond. Xx

I am very disappointed in them and will not use them in hindsight. The admin team caused unnecessary stress just by being incompetent. I have had 2 failed transfers with them, I plan to transport my embryos elsewhere and also do another cycle abroad.

Also there is a thread on Create experiences on here.

Thanks for your feedback. I had a call with a fertility specialist today and she mentioned Create is open everyday while London Women's Clinic is only open on weekdays. So LWC would do injections as necessary to get the egg collection on weekdays. I also am attracted to the mild IVF options, as I am 35 and all tests have come back normal so far. Don't want to do too many injections unless I need to. Any thoughts??

I may be mistaken but I think the short protocol is similar to mild IVF. I did long protocol under NHS and my SIL did short protocol (she would have been in her early 30s).

My last cycle with Create, although it is mild IVF, I was on stims for 11 days (on Google it says 7-10 days for mild IVF) so I think the difference is they start off low but adjust it accordingly to get as many eggs as possible. I personally don't see a problem with manipulating the injections to get a weekday collection, they will manage in a way OHSS is prevented anyway.
