Drastically reduce FSH levels

My FHS is 45. I've just turned 38. I have a DD2 and have been struggling with number 2. I thought I might have low progesterone, so was completely floored when I got my results back and the doctor started talking about menopause. We have no family
History of early menopause. I also have AMH of 1.2. The doctor put me on all the supplements and mentioned IVF but everything I'm reading suggests the odds are bad. Has anyone had success with numbers like these? And anyone successfully managed to drastically reduce their FSH level?

I have had two months of fsh being high (25) then in the summer I was in the normal range(can't remember what as I was shocked).
I have slightly lower amh and trying to convince baby number 2.

Waiting to start ivf in October although odds are not great.

The summer cycle I was tested I had started taking letrozole. Not sure if that made a difference to levels.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I have heard that FSH levels can fluctuate so plan to get retested. But can't find anyone else online who seems to quite as high as 43. Keeping everything crossed for you. Are you taking supplements etc? How often do you get your hormones checked? I'm not in the UK anymore, so trying to understand what usual practice would be if I was.

I've only had it checked those three times. Ive been trying coq10, nac, dha. I've read it starts with an egg and I tried acupuncture too.
