Hi guys, long shot really but last year i had a bit of a rough time with pregnancies, first it took me just over a year to fall, and that turned out to be ectopic, and 3 months later i feel again and that was a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks. Me and my partner havent tried again as we are terrorfied of it happening again, so i ordered a hormone at home blood test and got my results last night. Can anyone see if there is anything i should be worrying about?! The prolactin seems double what it should be, but im not sure. I feel like a big inconvenience visiting my doctor (i like in UK and seriously ill people struggle to get an appointment so i dont want to go just to ask about my test results) thanks in advance guys x

p.s , i got my blood test from a private company not the NHS thats why i dont want to book an app through my doctor to talk about the results x

I’m sorry to hear about your experiences. They are so upsetting and I feel for you both. However, you need to go see a doctor. Firstly, the NHS is a service for all and as direct as this may sound, it’s not your responsibility to worry about how busy the service is and about other people’s issues. Thinking this way could see you in the same position for years down the line with no answers. You’re entitled to be seen by a gp with, by the way, a very valid possible health concern. Unfortunately, I’m not able to shed any light on the test results you have provided but even if anyone on here can, for whatever reason, if they point out something isn’t right, you’d need confirmation of it from your doctor anyway, should you need further tests and/or treatment. Best wishes
