Hi

I have just found out that my tsh was 4.2 and my clinic didn’t even raise it with as an issue! This was back in aug 2022. I have been doing yoga with this lady online for the last 3 months and it’s reduced to 2. My last ivf failed and I’m sure it’s due to this!

so sharing this info to help anyone who needs it. Push for tsh blood test and do your research,

it plays a huge factor in fertility and clinics don’t give it enough attention.

What time did you do both tests? I have had mine tested and it hasn't changed in a year but it is 4.9/5 early morning and then by 10/11am it's down to 2. Apparently it fluctuates throughout the day and depends on exercise and meds etc etc. Nice of you to share though. Apparently it doesn't stop you getting pregnant, only increases chance of miscarriage due to the embryo relying so much on your own thyroid hormones
