Dr shehata question

Hi,
I have a question regarding Dr Shehata and his tests...
Has anyone come back as "normal" from him? As in, no high natural high killer cells? What was your plan after that?

He is likely to be the next part of our plan but I wondered if he actually always found something with someone?

And if anyone has any other advice re next steps I'd be grateful. I had a natural early MC (4wks) in 2018 after trying 18 months, 3 failed iuis ,2018-2019, 1 failed fresh ivf in 2019, 1 successful fet in 2019 yay!), 1 failed fet in 2022 for a sibling, a further fet in 2022 which resulted in a MC at 5.5wks. all embryos were apparently good blasts.

I follow someone on Instagram who saw him after 4 unexplained miscarriages and all her tests with him came back normal. She decided to follow his plan anyway and had a successful pregnancy.

Have you had any tests done anywhere else or any kind of diagnosis? He did find immune issues but also diagnosed me with PCOS which other doctors had missed. He prescribed me metformin for that in addition to the immune meds.

@Ifitistobesaid
Thank you for replying! Ahh that's interesting that she was "normal" but his plan worked anyway! What is your story?
Our original diagnosis was "unexplained infertility" which resulted in all the IVF. I've never believed the diagnosis. We have had all the normal NHS tests but nothing else. I did have some Level 1 NHS tests a few years back but nothing showed up so I guess Dr S is our next step. Did the day 3 bloods again a month or so ago to check everything is still okay and it seems that it is despite being nearly 35 now.
