@VenusStarr 7.1mm is amazing! That is such good news. Exciting about the egg collection too. You get another dose of fentanyl!! Always a good thing in my book. Hope the scan tomorrow goes well.

Thanks @Janefx40 @VenusStarr I was surprised it was so soon given it’s really only 21 days since my last day 1 but I guess the oestrogen meds suppressing ovulation as well and then stopping the oestrogen abruptly on Monday morning have meant this is not a “normal” menstrual cycle? I’ll ring the nurses tomorrow with my day 1 anyway. I hope they can make arrangements for the hysteroscopy so soon.

My head is scrambled. Lining was 7.8mm today! And 5 follicles. Omg.
But the doctor has confused me. He is 95% sure we'll do egg collection, but he's tested my lh, e2 and progesterone. There's 3 different options depending on those results. One might be collection eggs and freeze all, no transfer 😕 one is no egg collection, monitor my surge and transfer Friday or Saturday (doing an opk soon), or egg collection and transfer.
He's calling later to confirm the plan.

I think I messed up my fyremadel this morning too. Most went in, but some did come out. But I am panicking

@VenusStarr well firstly amazing about the lining!!! That is superb. Confusing about the egg collection but I guess you just have to see what they say. Would you trigger tonight then?

Don't worry about the fyremadel. I've had bits of meds dribble out so many times and it's never been a problem. If you're worried you could call them and ask just to reassure yourself.

I guess it may feel like bad news if you don't do an egg collection because you've had your hopes up but from your starting point this is a great result! You have an amazing lining for your transfer which was the original aim so hopefully if you get to do an FET this is a good cycle. If you do a freeze all it may be a bit disappointing not to transfer but you will have more embryos. So hopefully you're getting something good out of this whatever happens x

Good news re lining @VenusStarr. Having options isn’t necessarily a bad thing, though I appreciated more waiting is not what most of us want to hear.

I’m a little nervous now, my progesterone was 98.6 today after being 111 on Monday. I’m not sure what to think. I’m only 3dpt and have never been tested this early before. Is a drop normal? My clinic are apparently happy, but I’ve asked for more details. Last cycle my level was 374 at 4dpt.

@OrangeBengal I've got more waiting though 😫

So, good news is the fyremadel must have worked because my lh was 8.6 before I took it, but my opk was negative. I'm doing another one soon to triple check. But that means we can go ahead with egg collection, trigger is at 11pm, just one ovitrelle (I bought 2 🙄)

Bad news is my progesterone isn't back yet. If its elevated, any transfer is off. And 'wasting my good lining' as dh just said 😪 he's calling me back at 7pm to let me know...

I also feel quite physically unwell, headachey, a bit sick and dizzy. Also exhausted, I had to come home for a lie down earlier.

Will keep you posted.

What progesterone are you taking @OrangeBengal ? I've only had it measured on transfer day and it was about 50 which at the time the clinic were happy with but I had a chemical pregnancy so we added lubion after that. I understand the concern that its dropped, I hope you hear back soon x

@OrangeBengal I wouldn't worry about that level. It's barely a drop and actually it's quite hard to get an accurate reading of progesterone as it varies a lot depending on the different times of day. It's also a nice high reading. Are they checking again at some point?

Thanks @VenusStarr and @Janefx40, I think I’m ok now. One of the nurses got back to me and said my consultant ‘is very happy’ with the level and that ‘fluctuation early on after transfer’ is normal. So, I’m going to try and go back to being positive and zen! There’s just so much!! I’m on x2 Lubion and x2 cyclogest daily btw.

More good news! My progesterone is low, so our transfer is on. Can't believe it. They're going to scan me before sedating me on Monday to double check the follicles, but if they've ovulated early we'll go to the original plan to get that embaby back with me 🥰 feel quite emotional tonight x

@VenusStarr great news about the progesterone and egg collection / transfer. It's so rare for there to be unexpected extra good news on a treatment cycle! I'm so glad it's happened for you - you definitely deserve some good fortune. Enjoy your post-trigger "day off" tomorrow xxx

I need not have worried yesterday as it worked! Implantation for the first time ever!!! We’re so happy and in shock, trying not to get too excited as it’s only 4dp6dt. At the very least however, we can always celebrate implantation having worked!

@OrangeBengal oh my goodness! Does this mean you had a positive test?! Amazing news. Happy first ever implantation day. Let's hope it leads to something even better x

Hey @Janefx40, yes, on my 4th transfer, using a double biopsied embryo!! We’re over the moon.

Congratulations. You must be so pleased. What do you mean by double biopsy? Did it have to be tested twice or did you transfer two normal blastocysts?

Thanks @Enfys23 and @2021ivfagain! I PGS tested all my embryos, bar the one that I transferred with my fresh cycle. 2 out of 7 came back abnormal and one unknown. This is the unknown one that I only got retested a month or so ago because I was down to my last confirmed euploid embryo. They decided to go with this one over my other embryo even though it’s been through the thaw / biopsy cycle twice. I think it could have gone either way, but they were very happy with it on the day.

Crossing fingers this is the little miracle embryo for you!!

Anyone here who’s has endoTRIO biopsy can tell me how long wait for results was and how long they had to wait from biopsy cycle to next FET?
