@Lebe14 I have had one egg retrieval with them and a few procedures for initial testing and then for a polyp removal which is why I haven't had a transfer yet.
So a lot of our initial tests were done so it was just repeating the ones that had expired which were mostly the screening bloods. They were happy for us to use the GP to do some to save on money and my GP was happy to help us (until recently it seems).
The consultant recommended a SA for my husband as his was a while ago and DNA frag - previously everyone discounted that there could be a sperm issue. They were wrong. So she recommended ICSI/IMSI. She also did blood clotting for me due to two failures and never having had a positive pregnancy test (direct through clinic) VERY EXPENSIVE for a blood test, so if you can get it through GP do try. In hindsight I wish I had lied and said there was family history.
I had 3D sis scan and dummy transfer before I could start in the month before and a scratch. I recommend phasing these so account for doing 3D sims and dummy transfer 2 months out and then scratch one month out of both are recommends. Just due to the antibiotics.
As for starting treatment ours was delayed party due to us and partly them. We had initial consult in Jan and could have gone ahead but my husband had covid in December so we wanted to wait 3 months - April start.
The clinic/us didn't properly communicate what needed to be done in the prep month properly so when we called up to say ok we are set cycle should start soon what next then I learnt about the 3D Sis etc and a couple more blood tests.
So I would say ask early what are ALL the tests you need to be completed before you can start and if you can schedule them all in so you have a plan set in stone.
So we ended up starting in May which isn't a massively delay but felt like it at the time. Appointments are easy to get and they have a range of times. Open on weekends which was very important to me, I'm not interested in my cycle being managed solely for the convenience of others.
