Coping with "one and done"

I have a daughter (5years old). It took about a year to conceive her. We have been trying for another for over 4 years but have had absolutely nothing.
I am waiting to see a consultant but unfortunately that has been ongoing for 2 years due to covid affecting waiting lists.
I am now 37 and my husband is 47. I feel like this may not happen again for us.
How do people who have been through this cope and come to terms with it?
All my friends have recently had babies and it makes my heart hurt. It's a physical ache. If anyone I know (outside of my close circle) announces a pregnancy on social media, I have to unfollow them because I cant cope with the baby pics or photos of their growing bump.
Can anyone offer advice?
Or any counselling or groups that may help?
Thank you in advance

Private wait lists for IVF are much shorter OP - you aren't entitled to IVF on the NHS as you have a child already so honestly I'd not bother with the consultant - his answer will just be that you should explore fertility treatment. We moved on to IVF for secondary infertility and wait time was a couple of weeks

Go abroad for IVF?
