@Janefx40 hope you're feeling less flat today. I wouldn't worry about the ph when testing near to when a period is due. I don't know much about it though.

@Gardenlady543 wow! What a lot to take in. It's a good job you're so well researched and could take all of that in. Such a shame about him being away just at the perfect time. I hope they can find a stand in. How do you and dh feel about it all? Does it feel good to be doing 'something' again?

Quick question…how long did you wait for EndomeTrio results? And how were they provided?

@Gardenlady543 seems thorough. Do you feel like your questions were answered?

Could you have the biopsy elsewhere? Would he accept the result?

I have had a foolish moment this week where for 48 hours I really thought I might have fallen naturally between cycles……. Obviously 2 hours after I caved and took a test I started spotting 😔just so soul destroying. I try so hard each time to keep the faith but just seems wasted when it fails month after month.

AF will be here tomorrow so I’ll be back on progynova and starting the ERA round…… really hope it gives some answers 🙏🏻

@seven201 how are you feeling? Any news? 💗I made an appointment for October, which was the earliest I could find. Meanwhile I am planning to take a break, I am fed up with going to the doctors, tests, bloodworks etc. We are just trying naturally. (Currently during tww).
@Janefx40 I am sorry to hear about the interview. I am keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 for the upcoming transfer! 💕You asked me whether I knew when it would reach the cavity. The truth is I have no idea, because she asked all about the surgery all of a sudden and I didn't know what to ask. The only thing that came through my mind which I asked about was the scarring. Thanks to you and the other lovely ladies I made a list of questions to ask when I see her next time.

A quick question: have you ever got a double LH surge in one month? How common is it?

@Hopeful199 ahhh times like that are so cruel aren't they. I'm glad you should be able to get started tomorrow.

@Yuliaaa years ago I used to occasionally get two LH surges. From what I remember I think it just means your body gears up ovulate then for some reason fails, then tries again. I may be wrong. Could it be two eggs being released at different times? I think having a break form appts is a really good idea. I'm sure it won't be an easy wait but at least you'll be able to do things like book trips to see friends etc without worrying about it potentially clashing with appts.

@Yuliaaa glad you're ok. A break may be good. We definitely enjoyed our enforced break post Covid/Humira phase. I use digital OPKs so you can't detect a double surge on that. So I'm afraid I can't answer. How far through the 2WW are you?

@Hopeful199 I'm so sorry. Of course we always hope for a miracle. We'd be crazy if we didn't. Era cycle here you come x

@seven201 yes I got my period on Tuesday. Trying to be chilled about it being light - after all I knew the lining wasn't thick so I know this period will be light! And if it had been miraculously heavy that still wouldn't mean anything positive....because I know the lining was thinner than usual!!

Baseline scan tomorrow. I can feel twinges in my left ovary already so expecting a follicle to have raced ahead again. Am not really expecting this cycle to continue.

Told my boss that I'm going to be signed off sick. So pissed off with work at the moment that I didn't even put it that politely. Just told her it was happening!

@Janefx40 good luck at the baseline. You never know, all may be fine in there.

AF arrived this morning so start the drugs today and hope for some incite this round 🤞🏻

I'm sure we will keep going for now whatever we find today at baseline. It's next week that will be the crux of it. I just hope we can make a decision before I spend £380 on intralipids

Good luck to everyone who is entering a new cycle of treatment or currently awaiting news! It feels like a tense time for us all.

@Yuliaaa breaks are so important. I had a long hiatus before we decided to go down the IVF route. It was hard because I knew I’d come back to fertility treatment in a new “age bracket” but it was the absolute best thing for my emotional recovery from our losses. I know you’re planning a shorter break but wanted to share my own experience. Sending lots of love 💛

I’m still feeling pretty rough after the EndomeTrio yesterday. They had to give me more sedation than I had with EC and it knocked me for six. But lining looked good, no scarring for last ERPC, and biopsy off for testing. Also had my immune bloods taken.

I’m going to ask about these in another thread but this is what’s being investigated:

NK cytotoxicity w/ suppression w/ steroid, IVIg and intralipid
NK cell (CD69 cell assay)
TH1/TH2 cytokine profile

Is that the same for others who have had immunes tested? I asked about the CD15/56 markers again but they said CD69 tells them all they need to know for the treatment they offer. I feel okay with that I think as testing is carried out locally. Mr Shehata’s biggest problem with Chicago seems to be the distance the bloods travel before testing so that’s not an issue in this instance. But I’m questioning everything 🤨

I find it hard to put my trust in clinics after some difficult experiences. But my care has been fairly good so far.

@Janefx40 I should be around 3 DPO. I am not sure because even though it's cycle day 20, I ovulated later than day 14. I don't use bbt because I don't sleep well and I wake up several times a night. I am not too hopeful because the lining was 5.2 on day 11, but perhaps it thickened a bit more till O happened. Who knows? I wish I could take a break from all these maddening questions too 😄

@Yuliaaa the lining can thicken loads in a few days. If you didn't ovulate until CD17 then it would have had at least 5-6 days to thicken after your scan. Mine has sometimes thickened nearly 2mm a day. Sadly not these days!!!

@MyEasterEggs I'm not sure about Mr S's theory on Chicago - suspect he may be nitpicking but my results were largely the same anyway as previous Chicago tests so I felt reassured by that. He knows what he's doing.

Thanks @Janefx40 I’m not actually with Dr S, I’m sticking with my IVF clinic for everything, but there is one difference in their testing - Dr S tests additional markers CD15/56 but they don’t - so I suppose I’m wondering how vital they are. I’ve previously had Chicago so will be interested to compare.

@Hopeful199 well done for getting started again.

@MyEasterEggs sorry the biopsy didn't go smoothly. I hope you can have a quiet day to recover. I'm with mr Shehata - if it would be helpful to see my results I can send them to you? I can't say I understand them! That's what he said on a podcast, that Chicago tests have to travel too far.

@Yuliaaa lining can definitely have a growth spurt.

@Janefx40 have you have the baseline?

Wow, I can’t believe it but just had 8week scan with Dr S and baby is looking great and the bleeds have nearly gone. Crazy! He said next two weeks are critical but somehow the Tacrolimus has been doing it’s job so far. It’s scary to think this could be it.

Congrats @StillTrying10000 that’s wonderful news and gives hope to us all. My friend had tacrolimus after multiple losses and all went well 💛

@MyEasterEggs @seven201 thank you! It’s almost unbelievable, I’m so terrified to hope. My latest loss was 16 weeks so I wonder if I will ever relax if I get to that stage again. Hope all is well with you xxx

So how long is the traclomis treatment? Or was it a one off thing or more like intralipids where you go every 4 weeks or something. Try and focus on the fact you are currently pregnant. It's amazing.

@MyEasterEggs thank you for sharing your experience. I absolutely agree with you and feel the way you did. I am sorry the endometrio was rough. I am not UK based, but I did the immune panel. (Th1/th2, nk cells, but not CD69 ones, HLA profile, Kir profile). If you want I can share.
