@seven201 it was released in 1986. Clexane in the toilet!! The things we do are absolutely mad! I talk to my mum most of the times, we have a close relationship. I used to speak to my therapist but we had a disagreement a few months back.

@Janefx40 sending you lots of hugs! I am sorry you feel so emotional! I totally understand your feelings. It's like a battleground!

I had the 3D scan on Wednesday I don't think I updated you guys on it. One of the fibroids is half in the uterus and the other one she thinks is outside but pressing down. There is another which is small and more on the outside.

The endometrium is 5mm again at the end of my cycle so it's back to being consistently very thin.

I have 2 paraovarian collections on the left and another 1 on the right, but told this can be ignored.

My AFC is 26, so still pretty high, it was 34 before I started Ivf and since November it has ranged from 20-28.

@Yuliaaa I was 4 when it first came out. Thought I would have been older!

@Janefx40 hahaha at in a tent. That's the best one.

@Gardenlady543 did she/he say what you should do about it or was it purely scan only? Good news on the AFC. Sorry it's thin again.

@seven201 it was just a scan, I need to arrange a consultation with a surgeon to discuss the fibroid removal first, then try to figure out the rest :(

@Gardenlady543 hmmmm good to get the full picture. So the fibroids need removing before anything else can happen? A high AFC is a good thing at least. Sorry you've more hurdles to get over ☹️

@VenusStarr how are you? Do you have to go back before the trigger on Wednesday?

@Gardenlady543 I am sorry to hear about the fibroids and the lining! It's so frustrating!I hope you will get more answers after you speak to the surgeon. I have 2 paraovarian cysts and they have always ignored them because they don't affect in any way. Good news about the AFC!

Clinic isn't closed tomorrow, so I am scheduled for the test, but I am not very hopeful because whatever symptoms I have had before, are slowly fading away. Or perhaps they were all in my head. Who knows?!

@Janefx40 I've got the trigger in the fridge. I am not hopeful or confident at all 😞 it's cd19 today, in my second pregnancy i tested positive on cd21. I've not even ovulated yet. I also had a call from my ivf clinic to say my tsh is 3.9! Ugh. So I need to up my levothyroxine to 50mcg. Its been under 2.5 since I started over 3 years ago, no idea why its shot up like that.

@VenusStarr I'm not sure, I need to arrange a consultation with the surgeon, my friend had LIT with Gorgy today, and I have that to sort out at some point too. I may do what you're doing and try medicated timed intercourse once all this stuff is sorted. It's hard to think about using the embryos in me when my chances are so slim. I'm sorry about the thyroid issue, I am so on edge about it since the diagnosis, it's just always there as another thing to worry about, I am a bit worried as I'd stopped sweating because of it then on the meds that started again, now it seems to have eased I'm worried I'm low again, erg thyroid symptom spotting!

@Yuliaaa try not to think about the symptoms, that really doesn't mean much (although I know it feels that way). Best of luck for tomorrow. We'll be thinking of you.

@VenusStarr how annoying about the tsh! I hope it comes down swiftly. It could just be a random long cycle that is still a 'good' one, so don't rule it out.

@Gardenlady543 did you say you're going to try for Dr Gorgy for your surgery? I hope you can get the ball rolling for that soon.

I think the hormones got to me today. A woman in the supermarket cut me up with her trolley (I was just walking past and she completely blocked where I was going) and I loudly said "I'll go round YOU then. Rude woman!"

My transfer in Thursday, so really getting close!

@seven201 it's silly how the brain works. I swore I wouldn't be symptom spotting, but yet I have spent the last 3 days reading about every possible symptom (or lack of it). 😫

The hormones are pretty bad. I think I have had an anger outburst (sometimes silently, sometimes loudly) almost every two days. Fingers crossed for Thursday! 💜

All being well my transfer will be next week. This thread is turning into a 2WW thread after such a long time with nothing but tests etc

I have my day 9 scan tomorrow and then possibly intralipids at 2:45. I will travel from the clinic in London to Epsom by train (during a work day - employee of the year yet again 😂).

CRP nurses are saying intralipids needs to be 7-10 days before transfer (no more) but Mr S said it will be valid for 4 weeks after so I'm not sure it matters. It's tricky as I won't actually know by 2:45 whether or not my transfer is in 7-10 days. CRGH don't really tell you in advance - and once they tell me to trigger, it would be less than 7 days so we have to guess really

Ah @seven201 I am like this with rude people! DH has to tell me to stop! I think I will ask Trew about the surgery and then Mr Gorgy about the immune stuff.

I had this exact issue! I had a Monday ivf scan with intralipids booked on Tuesday pm but scan showed a thinner lining. My doctor wanted to do a scan thurs am and me to have intralipids Thursday pm (at CRP). I just didn't know if I'd be able to cancel at that short notice so then in the end kept the initial appt and was lucky that my lining caught up a bit. It really is stressful timing it right! I have no idea how flexible CRP are with intralipids appts. Is their london clinic not open every (week)day? Can't believe yours should be next week. There is a lot going on here at the mo!

@Gardenlady543 and @Yuliaaa glad it's not just me who has these outbursts! Luckily my dh was round the corner, so didn't witness my wrath at a stranger!

@seven201 omg I didn't even remember they had a London clinic!!! I'll have to ask as it would be way more sensible than travelling to Epsom! Thank you.

I'm going to move it to Thursday I think as that will be safer x

I'm pretty sure they only do intralipids at Epsom @Janefx40 but double check. I've only ever been to Epsom though. Hope your scan goes well.

Have you spoken with Mr Trew @Gardenlady543 I tried to find out his prices when my hysteroscopy was looking like it would be cancelled but the admin said he doesn't have a price list for surgery (that he shares with staff). So I'd have needed a zoom consultation first. Then a face to face consult then depending on that booked in for surgery, all the while not knowing a ball park figure. Let us know how you get on.

Tmi, but I had quite a lot of ewcm yesterday, still no natural ovulation so trigger tonight. I'll just be happy to get my period in 2 weeks, zero hope that this will work. Especially knowing my thyroid isn't good either.

@VenusStarr good luck with trigger tonight. I always get nervous although I've never messed it up yet.

@VenusStarr I had a hysteroscopy with Mr Trew last year so I'm known to him, I can see that fibroid removal is on his list of expertise, I called up to ask if he could do it and the reception staff said they thought he could, I just need to get a consultation booked it and the scans across, but putting it off for a few weeks. I want him to do it as I could get Ashermans. This is like a continuous cycle! Why do I keep developing new issues.

EWCM is good! You know when I first started on these boards I saw everyone saying CM and I thought it stood for cum, like everyone was commenting on their lady cum 🤦‍♀️
