Pregnant? Recurrent miscarriages, possible POI.

Just can't think straight. Does this test look positive? It's on the day of missed period and within the time limit for reading the test. (+ Means pregnant, - means not pregnant). It is a very faint line.

We've lost 3 babies this year, I'm so scared 😞

Also private recurrent miscarriage saying something completely different to NHS so no idea what to think 😞

Private say premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) = poor quality eggs = miscarriages.

NHS say I do have low ovarian reserve but my egg quality will be fine because I'm only 31. NHS saying I need a hysteroscopy to know what's going on (currently on huge waiting list for this and not waiting to try again as I have such low ovarian reserve).

Any help or advice desperately sought!

I can see a + there, so I'd say that's hopeful at this stage - maybe check again in 24-48 hours to see if the line progresses?

My understanding is that, even with POI, at 31 you should still have some good quality eggs, as age is a key factor in egg quality and you're still young.

It might be an idea to contact your private clinic early, as there may be things they'd recommend to help improve your chances of a successful pregnancy - eg. progesterone or anticoagulant prescriptions?

Thanks so much. Just started progesterone this evening so 🤞🤞🤞 for our little baby this time, desperately don't want to lose another one 😞

I had 4 mmc. For this pregnancy I had clexane, baby aspirin, progesterone, prednisone ( steroids for overactive immune system) intralipids. I would try and throw every medication you can at the pregnancy. Mine was an immune issue , best of luck
