Chances after lap & dye, hysteroscopy and adhesiolysis??

Hi. So been TTC#2 for 4.5 years now! Spent the last 3 years having numerous fertility tests, the last of which was on Friday... A laparoscopy and dye and hysteroscopy. The only issue found was some adhesions (most likely caused by precious c section). These adhesions were cleared, and left tube and ovary were 'unstuck'. I was given these results immediately after waking from the general anaesthetic, so it's all a bit foggy! The results should be sent to the fertility clinic where I can hopefully find out more... Until then, has anyone had any luck conceiving after adhesiolysis? I really want to manage my expectations, but I'm struggling not to get my hopes up!
Thanks in advance

Yes, I had a very similar procedure before our latest FET and I'm now 8 weeks pregnant. Still early days, but I'm glad I had it done.

"I was given these results immediately after waking from the general anaesthetic, so it's all a bit foggy!"

I would contact PALS if this happened in a NHS hospital because its poor practice. You should have been informed separately and certainly not immediately post op.

Congratulations Serendipity, that's amazing.. gives me hope!

What makes the delivery of results that much worse is that I was on my own (DH wasn't allowed in due to covid restrictions) so I didn't have anyone else to help me digest the information! Also the notes on my discharge papers are incredibly vague.. Just hoping the fertility clinic receive the results soon so I can bombard them with questions now that I'm much more with it!

I had the same with the results when I woke up from anaesthetic. I had been worried that they'd need to tie my tubes if they were full of fluid, but thankfully that didn't happen. That's the only bit I remembered when I got home - that I still had both tubes, and they were unstuck!
