Low Progesterone pre frozen transfer

Hi there,
I'm going through IVF for the first time and my frozen transfer is due to take place in 3 days.
I've been on progesterone injections for 2 days but my blood test from this morning have come back stating my levels are 59nmol/L and the nurse said they should be 75nmol/L. So tomorrow I have to start taking 2 progesterone pessaries in the morning and 2 in the evening as well as the injection to try get my levels up.

Has anyone else every had low progesterone pre transfer and still resulted in a positive pregnancy?

@BeciMac there is no agreed minimum value for progesterone, some specialists are happy with 20, others 30, my specialists likes it to be over 50. So I don't see anything wrong with your level. Clearly your clinic has set a higher cut off, but I wouldn't be worried about a level of 59.

That's interesting thanks Gardenlady543 I wonder why they all set different levels? There must be an optimum level that attributes to higher success rate, as I have read that low progesterone can lead to miscarriage, but not always of course. I'm on Gestone injections at the moment and adding pessaries into the mix today. Will update this thread with the results incase anyone else has the same question and wants to know the outcome.
