Has anybody done this to help with TTC? Did it work?

@greendress789 I went gluten free mainly because I found out I'm intolerant to gluten. I feel loads better since going gluten free but we haven't conceived. I've not eaten it since August 2020.

I'm not sure about gluten, but from what I've read (unless you have a lactose intolerance) they actually suggest full fat organic dairy is good for you if you are trying to conceive (eg. a glass of full fat organic milk each day and/or portion of natural full fat yogurt).

It didn't help me succeed on my first cycle of IVF, but I'm going to keep with it for my second - along with the no caffeine, no alcohol, higher protein, lower carb and low sugar they recommend in general (assuming I can keep it up, I do love my carbs and sugar!)

@IamnotwhouthinkIam your diet is strict, good for you keeping it up! What sort of things do you eat on a day to day basis?

@greendress789 I'm not that good - but luckily I never drank caffeine or alcohol anyway so that part was easy!

But I've had to change to natural yogurt with seeds, nuts and fruit for breakfast, spinach and tomato omelette with salad for lunch and meat or fish with veg in various sauces for dinner (with a very small portion of potato or rice), 85% dark choc for pudding, piece of fruit for a snack and a glass of milk before bed (I only really drink water or the odd fruit juice otherwise).

My diet used to be very carb heavy (I still sneak a bowl of muesli sometimes Blush) and I love sugar so I struggle to limit myself to one small dark choc bar, I often give in and have a second unfortunately!
