Frozen embryo transfer

I had successful IVF 4 years ago. One embryo was transferred and the other frozen. We still have the one embryo in storage.

Has anyone had any success with frozen embryo transfer? What does it involve?

I think the chances of success could be low?

Especially given they advised that they had selected the strongest looking one for transfer at the time.

Hello all,

Im new to this thread and new to IVF. I'm just about to start my 1st cycle of 3 (mild) cycles with Create. Your messages have been really helpful to get my head around the fresh v's FET!!

I've read a bit about the benefits of FET though wondered if the positive results may be be from stats of eggs frozen when younger(higher quality eggs?) Either way, I'm considering waiting another cycle after last egg collection before doing the implantation as it makes sense that giving our bodies a break after egg collection (and x3 for a 3 cycles package) might be kind to body and helpful to pregnancy success though i could he clutching at strawd. Thats also if im lucky enough to have decent quality embryos to freeze that is. I guess we'll need to see how the first 2 cycles go.

I adore hearing some of your success stories and wonder how the others got on during your 2ww? Crossing everything for successful and healthy pregnancies for you xx
