Exactly what the question said!

Google says it can but I am unsure?

The tool used for a hysteroscopy is a lighted tube that examines your cervix and vagina - it does not go near the fallopian tubes.

A hysterosalpingography (HSG) on the other hand is a test where your uterine cavity and fallopian tubes are filled with fluid, so that their morphology will show up in an X-ray. Sometimes, the fluid will flush out minor blockages in the fallopian tubes - not always and not if there are severe adhesions.

You know what, scratch that apologies. Better let someone who's more familiar with it reply - I've only had the HSG.

Hi @Cherrypicker85

Thanks for the reply. I've already had a HSG. But I'm due a hysterosocopy soon for another reasons. Just wondered if they could unblock my left tube at the same time.

Mixed reponses on google.
