Too high estrogen Postponed FET

I was meant to start FET this month but me estrogen levels look triple high so have been asked not to start the meds and wait till next month. Has anyone been in this situation and what can you do to lower estrogen? I asked but was told first to wait and we repeat tests next month. I find it really hard to just do nothing and google doesn’t help much.

Aw that’s rubbish - but I guess better to postpone than start, her hopes up for it to not work. Sorry I don’t know anything about it. I’m hopefully doing FET this month - have started meds but had no initial tests to see my levels - so now kinda worrying 🙈

@AutumnHoping thank you for your reply. I have calmed down now and yes, better know and not go through a cycle and lose precious embryo. It’s just one cycle to wait. I am trying to see what I can do to lower estrogen myself but all I read (less caffeine, more green veggies) I already do so reducing stress is the most challenging!
Hope all goes well in your cycle. I have just realised how many small meaningful steps there is to get to even transfer so cannot take anything for granted.

Oh I completely hear you. My first cycles was cancelled before EC after stimming for 16 days. With no warning or preparation that it could happen. I thought at that point I only had to worry about the pregnancy test - how wrong was I! Good you don’t have to wait long to try again. Annoying about the reduced caffeine and veggies- seems like that’s a ‘go to’ along with exercise and no alcohol 🙈 but anything is worth a go. Hopefully even they fluctuate themselves and are low. Fingers crossed x
