@Woodcottage1 don't panic just yet 🙂 I've seen many maaaaany bfn at 12dpo becoming bfp even after OTD, hang in there!
@TinnedPearsForPudding you're almost there! Have you had any symptoms? Would temptation be stronger and make you test earlier?
@CupcakeEater a mild cramp this morning and lower back ache (but that could be because I walk horrible!)

My clinic don't offer blood tests and I'd hate another cp myself.. I wonder if my GP will do bloods if I ask. I really think all clinics should offer blood tests given the nature of the treatment and journeys we have all been on.
If it is a cp would you not know by hpts getting fainter?
Day 8 is tomorrow for me so you've convinced me to test! Had zero symptoms so not convinced it's worked 😭

@Hufflepuff1 mine doesn't either, they gave me a pregnancy test to pee on on Wednesday. And by the time I get an appointment for bloods with GP I'll already be delivering! (Best case scenario of course 🥵)

Same as me @Adri83 they gave me a clear blue, I joked to the nurse that the amount we paid for this you could at least give me a digital 😂🤔

I might call the GP next week and see if I can book myself in for some bloods, no harm in asking. If not I might just ask the clinic, I'm actually willing to pay for them as I'd rather not go through another awful experience.

@Hufflepuff1 LMAO exactly! 🤣🤣 I reckon that after a positive they will probably get you in for bloods. It doesn't make any sense otherwise. Don't think they are going to let you be for 7 weeks until scan. They told me to call them AND tell my GP (if BFP) so they will probably call you in for further examination. But like you said, don't lose anything by trying and booking bloods with GP.

I feel like I’m a bad influence in this thread 😂 but I wouldn’t use a digital early, they tend to pick things up a few days later. The FR early response is the best for early detection and what I would want to see is the line getting darker over wed, thurs, fri. When I had the chemical and the MCs it stayed the same or got lighter BUT everyone is different based on when implantation happens and you do hear of slow starts going well. I guess for me it’s about setting my expectations because I’ve had so many disappointments. My GP would also take weeks so I pay for private bloods as I can get a same day or next day result. May the force be with us ladies!

I've done a test a few days ago which was negative - I really wanted to check that the HCG trigger shot was out of my system. I'm amazed some clinics advise testing so early - guess what I'll be doing tomorrow then! Tomorrow is day 8 after ET, am I crazy...?

@TinnedPearsForPudding I wonder if some clinic’s adversion to early testing is to avoid chemical pregnancies being detected? But then with my chemical I still had a light line 12-14 days past transfer even though bloods confirmed it was going nowhere so it would still pick it up as hcg takes a while to leave the system, but the line won’t get darker. I guess it comes down to patience levels for each person. I have zero patience so already I’m tearing my hair out on day 2 😂 I’m feeling a lot of throbbing and pulling in my uterus today but I think that’s the progesterone. Gosh it’s going to be a looooong few days for me!!!

I got a faint BFP and then obviously was doubting it so gave the digital a shot and it's on there too!! In shock and can't believe it as seriously thought I was out, not had any trigger shots etc so I know there's not that element there! Fingers crossed it sticks and gets stronger!! 🤞🤞🤞😭😭💜

Ahhhhhhhhh @hufflepuff1 so excited for you and a very good start if digital is showing it as well. Eeek this is great news. What’s your next steps? Will you test a few more days of go straight for bloods? Congrats hun!

Yes @Hatawa83 I'm going to test in a few days, see if it gets stronger and then call my GP on Monday and see if I can arrange some bloods!

@CupcakeEater how are you feeling? I go from utter despair to feeling positive to just wanting to know either way. I’m torturing myself as I know I could find out now but have promised that we will test tomorrow.

I keep getting tiny ‘cramps’ more just little flutter / dull aches that last for all of a few seconds then go. Mainly on my sides and sometimes in the front. It could be the progesterone, it could be my period coming, I could be imagining it...

@justkeeprunning5 so far feeling completely symptomless today. I don't feel like AF is coming so that's making me hopeful and then I'm telling myself off for getting my hopes up! This whole wait messes with your head with progesterone, pregnancy and AF all having the same symptoms... I am still holding out to test tomorrow too. I've got everything crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞

BFP here this morning! I am shaking so much, I can't believe it after 5yrs TTC x

One here too - almost 4 years to get yo this stage. We are in a state of shock. Those period pains were a good sign.
