Over 40 ..how many embryos did you transfer?

I would just like people's opinions about transferring multiples.
At my clinic I have different doctors I see at every appointment. They advise a range if options from transferring 1 to transferring 3!
Studies I have seen talk about possible losses when transferring embryos if differing quality.
Should I just try to give 1 embryo the very best chance?
Or should I try to increase my chances with transferring 2 as its not likely I have any Euploid ones? (2 rounds of PGS had no euploid and had 2 miscarriages with untested fresh transfers).
I have 4 untested frozen and 1 frozen "no result"

Same dilemma here! Have been told rate of multiples with double embryo transfer is 11% at our age range for their clinic stats.

Hi @Violet180, hope you are well. I was against 2 as read about the risk factors and chances of twins if successful preg is 1 in 4..so 25% which I thought is very high. We already have a DD and if I was younger (45) and didn’t have any children I wouldn’t mind twins ..so it really depends on if you def don’t want twins..at the end I did have a double ET, on a day we were told that I had 2 embryos, one 5bb and one 5bc, nothing else to freeze and the rest were behind..so we went for 2, my consultant said I would be their first having twins at my age..but did say there is always a chance..she said they would recommend to put 3 back if there were 3 good ones ( I would def not agree to that)..and I’m pregnant with one. It’s a very difficult decision , good luck x
