Good sperm count but slow motility

Hi,

We went to the fertility clinic today to pick my DP sperm results.

The doctor said that his sperm count it's really good but it has slow motility, she suggested supplements and to 'air this testicles more often'.

Can anyone recommend supplements that may help with this?

Also, has anyone had the same experience?Smile

Superdrug male fertility supplements are very good for motility. Improved my Dhs from 4% to 31%.
They are in a white and blue box and there sachets. About £30 for a months supply but they are well worth a go especially for motility. Good luck!

L Cartinine is meant to be good for motility. DH used to take it during gym training and we randomly read about the fertility benefits whilst long term ttc. He was never tested before taking it so I don’t know if it made any difference but his results were all good.

Sorry it’s L carnitine

Zinc and silenium are helpful. Plus he would benefit from no hot baths or tight fitting pants

He’d also benefit from not using a laptop on his lap.

I have the same experience except had massively low motility and I increased my motility by 500% (way way above average-I was 47% and the average is 20%), and all by natural means in 3 months. Have been meaning to see if anyone on here has similar issues and it seems like they have. Please see my post in the thread below for some advice that really worked as long as there are no underlying medical causes/infections which should be screened for.
