FSH not tested?

Hi everyone.
My husband and I have had our one stop fertility tests at Herts and Essex clinic.
We have our results back and due to husbands sperm count, 8Mml concentration, we have been advised to proceed with ICSI.
We have been trying for 5 years.
I have been looking on this board and found lots of people talking about FSH tests. I cant see anywhere on my results for this.
They tested my AMH which was 12.9 and my TSH 1.58. They also said I had an egg reserve of over 20.
Should my FSH have been tested too? I have PCOS but have regular periods and the Dr said I was ovulating.
Am just concerned that the ICSi wont have a good chance of working with my PCOS.
If anyone has any advise I'd love to hear from you.
Thankyou.

Fsh is another indicator of ovarian reserve. It can only be tested for cd2-5, so if you had a 'one stop' set of fertility tests done, it's possible they couldn't do it.

Pcos and ivf tends to be really good bedfellows!! What is your concern about pcos making it more complicated? As you know, the first cycle in particular is often a bit 'trial and error'.

Thanks for your reply. I think I'm just concerned in general.....I'm probably over googling and overthinking. I was worried that if I hadn't had all the tests something else may pop up. I'd read somewhere that although I have a lot of eggs due to the PCOS they are mostly not of "good" quality. Its reassuring to hear otherwise.
We are just starting our journey into IVF and it's so overwhelming.
We think we are going to try the multi cycle with acsess fertility.
I have booked an appointment with a consultant at the clinic to talk through all the options and our chances of success and what exactly our results mean. As all they told us last time was that if husbands sperm count was low(we didnt have his results at that time) that we would need ICSI.
Thanks again for your reply.
