First appointment - what to expect?

Hi all,
My first post in this space, will be glad for any assistance or advice.
So far, my partner has done his test-all normal. I've done one blood test, which was fine. But the 21 day progesterone test was inconclusive. Did it twice, but I've got an irregular and short cycle, so guessing the right time in do the 21day test was always going to be tricky.
But there's definitely something not so great, clearly, because we have been trying regularly for almost 1.5 years. Age is not on my side either - 37.5 years old.

I've got a 1st appointment at Mcnair center (Guys hospital, London) two weeks from now. What should I expect for this appointment? What usually happens next?

Thanks

And forgot to mention. I had the transvaginal scan as well. All clear, except for some tiny fibroids, but apparently, they are not located in an area that would mess with baby-making.

They may suggest clomid. It's a medication designed to make you ovulate. Usually that's the next step.
Good luck.

Hi zizag we had out first appointment last week, however we are on NHS so it maybe different.

We have been TTC since October 2016. I went to my GP in March this year. We completed all our test and had out first appointment with our NHS women's health unit on Wednesday just gone. We had a chat and looked at all our results. Orinally they thought I had not been ovulating, but after three more 21 bloods they are happy that I am. I have to go for an internal scan to check all is ok.

So they think that it may be DP as he done two SA and both came back with nothing in his samples. We have been referred on to see the consultant. It's about a three month waiting list so it'll be October/November when we see him. I am almost 35 so feel time is not on our side.
