What was the cause of your secondary infertility?

Going for investigative tests soon and was wondering did you find a cause for your secondary infertility?

We had our fertility tests yesterday. DH sperm was fine my egg reserve is a little on the low side. I actually got a BFP yesterday but testing today are all negative. It's all so annoying as I've gotten pregnant a few times this year and each time I get my period within a week. I don't know why this keeps happening
