Can anyone help me interpret these test results?

Being investigated for possible early perimenopause (am only 30). These bloods were taken during luteal phase about 4 days before the start of my period and results said they were 'satisfactory' but not 'normal', aka close to ok but not quite there. From what it says they seem to be in the expected range so does anyone know why they're not quite normal? The second test, for the LH levels came back as normal.
Thanks!

Hard to say. You were late luteal phase and we most often see these tests done cd 2-5.

If you look at the ranges for luteal phase given, you are within them.

I'd ask to repeat between day 2 and 5 of your cycle.

Thanks kate. They actually lost one of the other tests that they were doing at the same time so I have to have them all redone anyway, I'll make sure I go in between days 2-5 :)

Progesterone should be taken 7 days before expected af. At that time, a level above 30 confirms you ovulated in that cycle (so it looks like you did).

Everything else should be in the earliest part of your cycle. (Between cd 2-5).

Had them done again on day 3, they have now come back as borderline and have to see the doctor. Am completely freaking out, the estrogen seems very very low? What could be the cause? All I can see online is premature ovarian failure :(

Your Estrogen is meant to be low on CD3 bloods. I was worried about that as mine was around 130 but apparently that's a good thing! I'm now 13 weeks pregnant (although it took a year of trying) so try not to worry too much. A very high level is more of a concern as it can 'mask' an elevated FSH

Did they not test your FSH on your CD3 bloods btw? They really need to

Yes they did sorry I forgot to post that one, it was actually the most concerning one- 26. Way too high. Docs have said try not to panic for now and that natural fluctuations can happen but everything I've read says 26 is a disaster Sad

26 could be an anomaly. It might just mean you're heading for an anovulatory cycle. I'd ask them to test again next cycle for fsh.
